stupid news du jour: 'let the punishment fit the crime!'

update on senseo: steve doesn't think he needs one anymore. i still remain smitten by the cuisinart grind 'n brew thermal since it will fresh-grind beans, has a beautiful carafe so your coffee doesn't get cold OR burn on the warmer, has an auto shut of (totally necessary!), can be interrupted for a cup mid-brew, includes a built-in filter (no more paper filters!) and looks shiny and high tech. sigh. i just wish steve would let me have one. it didn't fit under our cupboards at fort awesome, and i don't even know if it would here, but it would make life tons better.
