wow, i'm tired.

there is a ton going on for me at work. luckily, my clients and co-workers are very cool, and the campaigns themselves are much more interesting than i thought they'd be. i *almost* didn't mind working 11+ hours every day this week so far.

we're still not very unpacked, but we're getting excited about feeling more at home. we've got the bathroom upstairs mostly functional again (although not the toilet of doom, for which a new valve is on order) and my clothes are finally all in a closet. steve's office is still pretty much in boxes, but he's been working at the kitchen table, and is now using a land-line internet connection instead of his cellular connection. hopefully he can find his apple airport somewhere in the boxes soon so that the wireless network can be set up and we can both be online at the same time.

the weather here has been just as we expected -- 50s or so, and a mix of rainy days and blissful blue-sky ones. for some reason the rainy days here are extra rainy, though, since my hair product couldn't come even close to standing up to the weather-induced frizz. :)

i can't wait for this weekend. i want to sleep in and get the rest of this place unpacked. i want to feel like we're home again.

miss you all!

Sounds exhausting.

Hope that you and Steve find comfort in each other while all of this stress surrounds you.

Does faulty valve = not your problem?

Toilet of doom....will Indiana Jones try to escape in his next movie?
