i was plesantly surprised to finally see some sort of article on area code loyalty. i've kept my 734 even during my move to chicago, and don't plan on changing it anytime soon. it's obscure enough that i get asked about it all of the time. (where's that???)

steve and i took a bit of a road trip yesterday. we went down to santa cruz to see my friend kate, who was in from chicago. we drove down highway 1, and loved exploring the coastline. you can check out some of our cheesy beachy photos here.
