so i made it a week. and two missed episodes of "sex and the city" (yipes! i cannot wait to see them on our "tivo" next weekend!!!)
so far i am really loving the apartment. i didn't think that the view was going to be that important, but it is wonderful to stare out at the lake, and tonight it's really nice and clear with the moon so big and bright (not sure if it's waxing or waning, but it sure is nice!)
steve came out this weekend, which was wonderful. we had originally planned to spend this weekend apart and see each other for the first time since the move next weekend, when i have an extended weekend thanks to mlk day. not only was it nice for him to visit, but it was extra nice because we both really needed it: it's great to still be so in love and excited about one another.
