hmmm... i'm beginning to think that maybe the nice couple i met last night was right: this building does seem to be filled with very young student-looking folks. at first i thought "no way -- this building is too pricey" but then i realized: not for the most irritating type of college students: the really rich ones.
ugh.
i guess i could be wrong. they could all be 23, post-college, and i might just have no sense of what a college student looks like anymore.
my guess is it looks like the guy i rode up the elevator with after work, though: parents wearing designer coats rode up to his lower-level apartment (aka one-bedroom) with him. and they had a whole ton of long-term grocery items on a bellhop cart (case of bottled water, two large gallon-size jugs of o.j., boxes of garbage bags...)
how come i'm not from a wealthy family???
