in the meantime, steve and i went and got some culture with the mayor at the san francisco symphony gala. swanky! and the afterparty was pretty fun too. i have to say i'm a little weirded out that the mayor's girlfriend's name is brittanie mountz, which sounds either like a call girl or a pseudonym.
